We love this place! A quick getaway from Pittsburgh. Close to McConnell’s Mill and, of course Morraine State Park. Staff very, very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, paved, clean, mowed and trimmed up, special attention to details, well stocked store and an indoor full court basketball court with all new braces, rims, nets and with lights! If I were a kid again, I would want to get in pick up games every day! Bathrooms very adequate and ALWAYS clean. We try to come several times a year.

The campground is nice. We rented a travel trailer, very clean and comfortable. The staff though, is beyond excellent! They were supportive, kind, attentive and just so super helpful. I will stay again, trying one of the other travel trailers. Great place to bring your family.

We stayed here while my sister-in-law was recovering from surgery in Pittsburgh. My biggest complaint would be the weather for the first week, which was terrible. Obviously, that's no reflection on the campground, just the way it was. The second week more than made up for it with beautiful blue cloudless skies every day. The campground is huge, with a large section in the far back for primitive camping. We walked around that area and it is simply beautiful. The middle section has cabins and a large area for seasonal camping. There weren't many people using that section yet, but I can imagine that it is a lot of fun in the summer when there are lots of families there. We stayed in the short-term area at the front of the campground, where there are some gravel and some paved sites. These sites are a bit close together, and for us, the picnic table was more in the way than useful, but it wasn't that bad. The staff is very friendly and worked hard to accommodate our stay, enabling us to stay at one site the whole time instead of having to move around. It is a family-run business and everyone there seems to really enjoy working there. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, this will definitely be our campground of choice.

Bear Run Campground is our most favorite local spot to RV. We go there a few times a season. The sites are nice and spacious and clean. All the facilities are very well maintained. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great location...minutes to McConnells Mill, Moraine State Park, and only 20 minutes to Grove City, where we found a really awesome Winery called Libations Winery. What a beautiful place!! Volant Mills is also in that area. Great day trips close by. Try them out....You won't be disappointed!!!

Call the camp ground to find that out.
Not bad in between where i was.....saw a lot of single spots too.....i did not have to park & walk....from what i saw wasn't too far of a walk....lots of tight turns though
I do not know call them.
We didn't experience any weird things, other than stink bugs and a pile of horse poo. 🤣
Most do
Give them a call, they can let you know the prices and what they have available.
If you are going to arrive after they close just let them know. They were very understanding with us and made arrangements to let us in.
