Another public agency whom sends you to their after hours voicemail for half of the day. All the while I'm sure they are just swamped and overwhelmed with tasks, so it's understandable why they don't realise the phones haven't rang alllllll day!''.

Depends on the information your looking for... if you want to apply for snap, Medicaid or something like that they are very very helpful. They will mail you anything you ask for.. Things are slow moving but that not them... it's the system. But they are great and always was respectful to me.
If you apply online it's much easier and they can't cheat you out of anything but they will ask for pay stubs and any utility bills you pay for proof of identification and so on.
