I have lived here almost a year, and it has been one of the best all most years of my life! It is clean, the maintenance guy Kevin is great, and Pam Pierce, with everything she has on her plate is always friendly finds the resources to handle any problems and also knows a problem before you even tell her, majority of the time , and has the solution already in progress. She helps people with all the work she has trying to carry something, lift something, trying to open a door and she is there with a cart or hands to help. I have never seen bugs or gnats, maybe a little odor when you put trash in the trash shoot but it's taken care of right away and that is to be expected! Sure they may have had a little flooding when the freezing temperatures but things are to be expected and also the problem being resolved is expected , and it happens. If everything went perfect in our lives what a lovely world it would be! But I am satisfied, feel safe, feel comfortable, and love the cleanliness the cleaning crews that come in and I can't wait for the pool to open! I love the exercise room! We need to be thankful for what we have! And it is great! Pam Pierce handles things great and I am so glad she is here!!!

T his has been the worst experience of my life...... please don't rent here, the land lord Pam Pierce is the worst slum lord of the world.... what she has done to people in this building is terrible!!! And the bad thing is she gets away with it!! I've seen what you have done to the mentally ill guy in apartment 311 you have stole from him and you have basically run him out of his apartment his home., the terrible name calling I really don't know how you sleep at night.

I don't know where all of the negative reviews are coming from, I think the property manager and maintenance do the best they can and I appreciate them and what they do.

This is the worst place I've ever lived in. I honestly cry some nights because we're stuck here until the summer. We moved here out of state and was not told our apartment had been ruined, meaning we had to live in a hotel for days. In the first few days of living here, I submitted maintenance requests and those still haven't been addressed. That was in August (it's now Dec.). I keep emailing and going to the office, but our name is on a sticky note and who knows when they'll get to that (if ever). We weren't even able to use the pool because it was filthy. I know some people swam in it, but here was just literal dirt and other stuff just floating around in there. Now, I come home to a flooded bathroom because water is literally pouring from the light fixture in the ceiling. No one came to check even though I called for emergency maintenance. They may have gone upstairs because we heard banging, but water is still leaking into my bathroom and no one has come here to take a look (it's been two hours). The place constantly smells and we're infested with gnats and flies and I'm told her 'bug guy' can't help. The place where you're supposed to put your recycling is horrendous. The office seems to be closed more now than it's open. Also, parking is limited so you're forced to either pay for a garage or risk getting towed. We decided to stop unpacking and we're repacking because there is no way I'm signing a new lease next year. As for the owners, yes, things are on back order. That doesn't affect plumbing issues. I submitted these things in August and no one has come to look.
