I lived in a one bedroom apt at Alder Ridge for the past 7 years and have loved it! The property managers were great and the maintenance would fix everything within a day or two of calling. The location was perfect!! I needed more space or I wouldn’t have moved out. My rent had gone up a total of $40 over seven years! You can’t beat that! Highly recommend!

I was visiting my daughter over the weekend for the holidays and on a Sunday morning @ 7am the complex decided to install windows next to her apartment. I'm sure there is some sort of ordinance for not being noisy @ 7am on a Sunday morning. I tried to call the office several times with no response.

My wife my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stayed here. We lived in this community for over 10 years, and have nothing but great things to say about Alder Ridge The location is in a great area close to everything. We especially enjoyed the nearby shopping walk trail. The staff were wonderful to work with. They were always willing to address any concerns in a timely manner. We were especially thankful for TJ and LINDA Property Managers and maintenance manager FADIL We decided to move out of states. Managers made sure that the transition was a smooth one. Wonderful community

we went to check the apt and the office lady was so rude it was a total turn off. When she finally bothered to address us at all it was to say "we close at 4:30 and you are lucky it's 4:29" - there were no signs posted with their hours. She was so negative she might as well have said "you don't want to live here so just leave". We drove the lots and there were several building doors that were just wide opened - obviously not a secure place. There was a big cat freezing outside the office door, it looked well fed but it was freezing outside. I don't think it's a good sign when there are random pets around outside.
