Not a bank member personally, but I use this branch to send my landlord his rent money. Workers are always upbeat and maintain a positive attitude. My only complaint is that majority wise- you will be waiting a long time to get through the line.

Tjey ran out of money at their atm one day. You'd think being a bank 5 meters away that wouldn't happen. Their service is poor. I tried cashing a, check there made out to them and they explained that they are not fully functional and could not cash it. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the trip inside the supermarket and the crazy parking.

I tried to get in the Rodman street Fall River store this am to use the citizens atm but the store was closed. So citizens owes me the $3.50 transaction fee it cost me to get cash from another banks atm - not a happy citizens customer!
