Had to leave one star because zero doesn’t work! My home was destroyed in hurricane Ian. I am beginning to receive insurance checks, but the branch has decided to place holds on these checks and have now stopped my ability to secure contractors and remediation work! I have a 10 year positive history with Suntrust/Truist prior to this and now they are leaving me with no way to repair my home based on an arbitrary decision by a branch manager! If not resolved, I will change banks very quickly!!!

Here now 11-24-20 at 1:59 pm. No one here, 3 employees, 1 doing drive thru, 1 was doing something & the 3rd stood there and watched. No one even acknowledged my presence!! Be with you in a minute, smile & a 1 minute signal, nothing!! No wonder the bank is closing all its branches!! Most unfriendly, rude people every in a service industry!!
