I was very surprised that the technican came the same day to my house. He gave me a fair quote. We had coffee stains all over my rug. We have a home office that is used all day. The rug came back better than I have ever seen. We are now so careful drinking coffee in the office. Great job!

Yes we do, certain fabric require special care including hand washing to make sure there is no damage done in the process of washing and the older they are the more attention they need. In our warehouse we make sure everything is done with precision.Thank you Caroyln.
