Horrible experience everyone is extremely rude billing department is so unprofessional, i work in customer service and would NEVER treat my patients in such a terrible way.

The doctor's and their assistants are just horrible. First off I went in on the 6th for an annual and got a all days later to tell me that my papsmear was normal but didn't tell me I had BV now if I didn't physically check my patient portal myself just to double check like my gut instincts were telling me to then I would have never known. Then they get mad when you tell them the truth and that's the fact that none of them actually work nor reads they should when it comes to handling a patient and their testing/results. No wonder why everyone doesn't want to work and quit because they mistreat individuals no matter what side they are from and with no type of regard or consequences of their actions. Thank God I can and will read even if I don't want to do so because it's more than important to function in this thing called life.
