When the Town Hall comments, that they don't use the Spring Lake Post Office, I think it tells you something.

I don't think much of this post office. I sent a package and USPO tracking says they delivered it to the PO Box at 7:39 a.m. on April 26. I am sure someone dyslexic put it in another box and the recipient will never see her birthday gift. To top it off, I have now sent three complaints through USPO tracking, which usually acknowledges receipt (nope!), and that's why I sent more than one. Today, I filed a complaint by text/phone, which didn't work, so now they're transferring me to a human. I am now on the phone with a very nice West Coast postal employee, who filed a service complaint for me. Hopefully, they will find this package and figure out why an employee couldn't put it in the right box.

The absolute worst post office ever. They smash mail into my mail box on a weekly bases, ripping up important bills and checks. I’ve reported our delivery personnel multiple times and nothing has changed in the 4 years that I’ve lived here.
