Changing my previous negative review to positive because they deserve if - I previously gave a negative review due to an employee who was rude to someone every time I was in the store and rude to me on more than one occasion. I eventually went back because the food is that good. When I went back the problem employee was removed. This place feels great again because the owner is a gentleman and all the other employees are awesome!!! And the food is amazing!!!

Rude because i came to pick up my catering order 10 minutes before opening .i then asked for 8 burgers and was spoken to like im bothering them . Now that's customer service Not .

350° approximately an hour to an hour and a half depending on the size and your oven to truly tell if the turkey is completely cooked you need a thermometer, interior temperature should be 165°
Hi Richard, We make sausage, parsley and cheese rings in the butcher section throughout the grilling season and upon special request any time. We make sausage peppers and onions once or twice a week, full and half trays from our catering menu can be ordered anytime.
