Terrible experience, $150 for a 8.5 foot tree that is mediocre at best. they claim to be into the christmas spirit yet, we were the last people in the barn/cafe and at 5:45, they close at 6. Only had $1 cash in my pocket and my daughter wanted popcorn, it was $1.75 they made me walk out to the truck to get 3 quarters for the bottom of the machine popcorn 50% kernels and stale from sitting there all day. They are actions are far from the signage on the drive in, “welcome to our family”. Lol. No where near what you would expect after spending that much for a tree. Wouldn’t go again.

We go here as a tradition, but we didn't buy any trees this year. Really poor quality trees and if you cut one yourself, it's double the cost of a precut tree. Baffling. I got a better tree, for less, at the tree lot near the office Depot past Menards. So, keep a tradition if you have one, but get your tree somewhere else.

We love going here in the summer and Especially after Thanksgiving to cut down our Christmas Tree and also support a Local Business! Plus as a Photographer my customers love goimg here for Christmas Pictures and Vig Tree Plantation is very Cooperative. Check our their site! They provide a saw, sled to carry your tree.
