Just moved to the area and I've had to order delivery multiple times. Delivery has always been on time and the food is perfect. Thank you Morrow Chubby's! For wonderful service and food!

Chance after chance after chance after chance we give them, something always goes wrong. We give details on how we want the food made or what we don’t want on/in the food. Yet, somehow it’s always wrong. We live not even five minutes down the road and yet we’d rather order from South Leb and drive down there instead of having to waste gas on multiple trips down here. I’d be spending the same on gas as just driving down there. This time, it took 30+ minutes after watching other people walk in, walk to the register, order, pay, get their orders, and leave. I wouldn’t mind if it was a big complicated order, but three things? Come on. When I have to drive back and get an attitude from the managers about my food being made wrong and then made wrong again after they “fixed” it. I’ve worked busy food industry jobs, bars, restaurants, fast food even, and yet I’ve never treated a customer like they do when they have to remake food. Get it right the first time and you won’t have to remake it.

This is 1 of the worst pizza places I've been to! The worst part is that the food is over priced & not cooked properly. After waiting over a hour for the delivery from litterly 2 miles away, the burger had cheese and other toppings that wasn't supposed to be on it, & the onion rings were still raw. I called & asked for the manager. The manager, who was the most disrespectful person I've ever spoken to, refused to replace my order or give me a credit order. He then hung up on me! I didn't know what to do. I called another location in Lebanon and the employee who I spoke with was very nice and apologized for the rude manager. He told me that it was the same owner of both locations and that he would give them a message to contact me back. I gave my phone number and the order info but I never received a call or anything! This is so disappointing because there is maybe 1 other restaurant in Morrow and the only 1 who delivers. I will never waist money on Chubbys Morrow again! This is BAD FOOD AND BAD SERVICE!

I stopped in for lunch today and it was great. Asked employee at the front what was popular she recommended the steak hoagie so I got the steak deluxe. It was a really good hoagie for $6. Also got mozzarella cheese sticks which were really good and the hot fries that were awesome too. Highly recommend this place. Staff was very nice and prices very reasonable.
