We researched smokers and decided on a Yoder because it’s made in the USA. Went into Big John’s on Labor Day weekend because we were camping in the area and were so happy to see a fleet of the smokers we wanted in stock. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and Chris was awesome to work with. Highly recommend this place. It was worth the travel day for us for sure.

It's too clean for a saw shop. Just didn't have the right atmosphere. Saw ships are supposed to be dirty, somewhat greasy when you walk in. This felt like walking into a Walmart but with chainsaws. I didn't really look around much, just needed some 2 stroke oil. I guess there's a hot tub sales floor and maybe that's why it's as clean as it is.

Great buying experience! We are estimated to receive our new hot tub in November so I will update this review at that time. I felt very blessed to work with Carrie C., today at Big John’s. She was incredibly knowledgeable of all the details with the spas they sell. She pointed us in the right direction for our needs (one for muscle therapy) and spent the extra time to find the soonest available one in her inventory that we could attain. She also honored my military discount which I am incredibly grateful for. Very happy so far and will update this review after receiving the hot tub in approximately 4 months.
