Went to the garden dept to find out the price of a garden cart locked in front of the store. Garden cashier told me to go to into the main store to find someone to help me. Went to the pickup counter where they called someone to help. After eaiting, outside, had to go back again to ask for help. After 5 minutes someone finally came out then, in the middle of me deciding, said they would be back. After waiting several minutes, I went back inside and had to find someone to call the associate back; on the radio conversation, I overheard "I told him I'd be back and am now with another customer. " Should not be this hard to make any purchase. 25 minutes of time waisted before getting too frustrated to continue. Tried to call for a manager but automated system hung up on me then gave up after waiting 5+ minutes the second time.

Most of the help here are antiques, they don't know the business and they don't care, isle's are full and shelf's are empty, should be the other way around.
