LIsa Andrews, Paulette Burroughs, Michelle Cooper and Michelle Valezquez and the whole staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional. They all need to be fired and replaced with REAL proffessionals. They dont care about people or children that is in need.

Why have a fax if it doesn’t work ? I’ve been with this ccis for about 4 years and EVERYTIME I redo my reverification forms I faxed them over . You guys never seem to receive any through fax and I’ve recieved a confirmation everytime I fax them .
