It was about 3 days to Christmas in 2021. My fridge went caplooy, I called them up & they said that they had many great used fridges! My husband went & picked 1 out because I am bedridden! It never ran right! They give you a 60 day warrenty, the repairmen was out 3 or 4 times, he never was here for longer than 3 minutes! He told my husband to bang on the top of it, if it wouldn't turn on! Seriously BANG ON THE TOP!! It is now July & IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM! I am out $500!!

I purchased a $750.00 used refrigerator with a 60 day warranty. The first month was fine then second month the refrigerator was making a loud noise coming from the back/ bottom. I called big appliance told what was happening. Days later they sent over a “ technician “ . Meanwhile I had to throw out about $200.00 worth of food that defrosted. The tec did something the fridge worked. A couple of days later the fridge did the same thing. This time I went in the building very angry. They sent another tec he started taking the back off, then he had the nerve to ask me if I had air conditioning. My reply as soon as my fridge gets fixed I’ll turn it on. Need less to say the fridge didn’t get fixed. To sum it up do not buy from these people. 6742 castor ave. Buyer be ware!!!

Prices very high for being a used appliance store. I don't see why anyone would pay $800 for a used dryer when you can get a brand new set for $1000-$1500
