Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. The owner of this primrose is opening another school in Exton. We were moving to the area from the Midwest and paid a deposit to sign both of our kids up. We were told that the Exton school would Open at the end of July. At some point this got pushed to End of August/ beginning of September. We sent an email asking for help finding care for our kids since both my wife and I work. We received no response and ultimately decided to send our kids to another school, since we needed childcare. We let them know as soon as we made that decision, and again received no reply and have not received a refund of our deposit. The google page for the Exton school now says opening October. I understand construction and hiring delays can happen. However, no response to our attempts to contact them is simply not acceptable. We also did not have our deposit returned, even though the opening is nearly 3 months delayed.

We have loved our experience at Primrose! The staff is simply wonderful. Administration is so welcoming and communication is always clear and completed in a timely manner. Our son’s teachers have also been so helpful in getting him adjusted to a new environment and really show genuine interest in his well being and development. We have been very fortunate to be a part of the Primrose family! Highly recommend.

I looked at over twenty-three schools for my toddlers. Key pieces for me were diversity of staff, strong curriculum and child-centered atmosphere. Haverford Friends and Westtown daycare were my top two until I visited Primrose. First, LOVE the diversity of their teachers AND my parent conferences w/teacher BEFORE she we started. The lunch is organic and healthy and most importantly my daughter LOVES it. Everyone she sees greets her and her smile is in response is EVERYTHING. This is my "not friendly" child and yet she hugs her teachers. So far, I love everything about it. My two year old is about to start. Grateful to my one-year's wonderful teachers, Mashai & Sam. They are more than stellar❤.

While Primrose has faced the shared challenges of other schools during COVID-19, we have remained very happy with our daughters' care. The teachers are communicative and have created nurturing environments for our kids. We've seen such growth socially and academically in a short time! My toddler is eager to go to school each day- which is a testament to the care she is receiving.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
