Purchased Xbox wired controller and realized it was different configuration than OEM after opening. Went to return unit and was given $8 for a unit that cost me $28. I was also purchasing 2 wireless controllers in the exchange. Not only was the employee rude and unwilling to meter policy with any discretion but he continued to tell me how much I was losing by not renewing my card after I repeatedly told him no thank you. I'll go to Walmart from here on out...this store is rife with rude employees and exploitative policies. Received better treatment at pay day loan store.

It's my gamestop I go to. People are gamers who work there. Can't really complain there are great. Especially if you know videogames.
