We decided to celebrate my husband's birthday at Queens Bully as we had been there once before and the food was amazing. The only thing about the first time was they forgot one of our appetizers and we thought it was because it was very crowded so very busy. BUT...last night the place was not crowded. We placed our orders and....not only did they forget the appetizer once again but forgot about my husband's dinner! They apologized and finally after 3 hours his dinner came but he no longer wanted it. So upsetting that the special guest of the night did not get to eat. The place should get more help to avoid unhappy customers and should had comp. The piece of cake they gave him instead of charging for it to show good faith. We are never going back.

Never disappoints, you know what you’re getting . I recommend chicken and waffles and of course Mac and cheese ! Simple straightforward and good!
