On Tuesday April 5th,2022, I spent $107.17 for a power steering pump for my van. After handing the part box over to my mechanic and having it installed did I find out that this pump DOES NOT come with a pump cap (sold separately of which I was never told about). I paid $150.00 to have this pump installed and now Autozone is telling me that this power steering cap is not available!? So now I'm out $150.00 for installation and a power steering pump that has no cap. I've called competitive auto parts stores (in the Dayton Ohio area) and each one said their power steering pumps comes with a cap. I called the Regional Office to find out what I'm going to do with an only sold at Autozone - Trugrade Power Steering Pump with no cap, and I was told someone would contact me. Guess what...I'm still waiting and still out all this money and no vehicle.

Each time I visit I always manage to come when it's about 4 staff member behind counter and they are always talking. No customers but me, and in order for me to be waited on, I must wait til their conversation is finished. I'm sure it's not pertaining to job because it's alot of laughter. Need to do better, this is close to my house and I don't want to travel to airway for parts.
