The other day I was in there and ordered a number 4 and substitute the scrambled egg for a round egg, You guys charged me $2 more to do that I can't believe how expensive that is..... Just a substitute one egg style for another egg style you charge me $2 more.... Next time I'm gonna go to a restaurant and get a real breakfast with leftovers to take home for what I paid on that stupid breakfast.. You should be ashamed of yourself

After the new building was constructed, then came covid. You can finally go in and take in the modernization of the the facility, with that comes amazingly hot food not like before oh no. You will be absolutely amazed at the food. Now if they can just be more accurate on there orders, it would be 4-4.5 🌟 but I have to do 3 🌟 accuracy is the absolute most important thing in fast food.. Hot, Speed and Accuracy.

This place is usually really good, but this visit was very disappointing. I often order via the app, but this time, we ordered at the counter for takeout. Several orders of people who were behind us were served before us. Our 2 person order was very simple. It appears that people who order at the counter are given secondary treatment compared to drive-through and app and kiosk customers. The soda tasted very watered-down. A fellow patron told me he'd talked to staff on two occasions within the past two weeks, but it hadn't been remedied.

If you know me, you'd know the only time I ever eat fast food, especially McDonald's, is when I'm nearing the end of a long road trip, I'm tried, grouchy and I just want to get home. So out of all the delicious food I could have tried from astounding local restaurants off the 84, my husband says we should go to McDonald's. And I said, what the hell, the new chicken sandwiches that they've been flaunting on every dang billboard and sign seems decent. I really did my body dirty. We both ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich (crispy chicken fillet, potato bun, spicy pepper sauce and pickles, $4.19), shared a side of those heaven-sent, crispy, mouthwatering fries, and two Frozen Fantas in Blue Raspberry and Cherry ($1.59 each). The sandwich was basically a knock-off of the too-popular Chik-Fil-A or Popeye's versions. Much better than a McChicken. At least I'm somewhat more convinced this is real chicken! The drinks were just ICEE's with a different name, so yeah, they were delicious. And of course the fries took my soul to the Gods and made me a brand new person. Mentally. I'm sure my body thought SMH the entire meal. Even though McDonald's gets 0 stars for creativity, the food was still "good" (as good as MD can get) and filled me up for the remainder of the drive. Also, 5/5 for this particular location. The employees seemed very happy, and were super polite.

Haven't heard anything about new sauce.
Answer is 2 fold, the kids that work there don't take it serious & there's no one really monitoring the completed orders.
McDonald's is closing at the end of February for 4to 6 months to remodel
It is outside and with windy weather, it is up to kids/parents
Very good no worries about Covid here. They are very efficient.
