Great experience. Megan at the register was so nice and polite. Our order took a bit longer but she explained why. Love how you can substitute the drink for a frosty 😋

The staff constantly overlooks simple instructions. When I called to complain about instructions on an order not being followed, I was told "it's not our fault that the instructions were misinterpreted" as the manager took zero responsibility for making a mistake on the order. They also told me that I would have to bring my delivery back to the store for a refund after ordering food on the other side of town. Don't order from here. Edit: I've been on hold with customer service for almost half an hour trying to resolve the issue, and no one has answered the phone yet.

My girlfriend and I ordered doordash from Wendy's and It arrived fairly fast so its no fault to door dash, but the food had a taste like it was cooked on a dirty surface and the fries were cooked in very dark oil. Very disappointed with burley Wendy's!!
