i came into the hospital with shortness of breath and a terrible cough. i was told to have a seat. in all my years of being asthmatic i have never been treated like this. i understand being short staff but what’s more important, a broken hand or a patient with shortness of breath

If I could do more than 5 stars, I would. I was completely blown away by the atmosphere, professionalism and expertise at this hospital. From the moment I walked in to the pre-surgical room for my spine surgery, I was greeted by the most incredible, professional staff I have EVER come across. Debra, Tracey and several others ensuring I was comfortable, continuously ensuring I was ok, and communicating to my family members while I was in the pre and post rooms. Then to go in to my room for recovery, having the distinct pleasure to be with Renata and Angela while also having the pleasure to be cared for by Sara and Ev... Just phenomenal. But to deal with the OT and Pt personnel and Kerry as well in the initial PT care, I was completely blown away. Not like that was enough, the food was impeccable and I just had to call the kitchen prior to me leaving to say thank you. I mean, short ribs for dinner, an omelet the way I want it with whatever I want for breakfast, as well as a turkey, bacon and avocado wrap for lunch that was out of this world... Mind you I'm a chef lol. Just impeccable. Phenomenal. Fantastic. Incredible. I can't find the perfect words, but know you are perfectly taken cared of when you are here. To the staff, I cannot thank you enough! To upper management, appreciate these members, and your staff. They are what makes your hospital so incredible and need to be recognized.

Agreed. I drank too much one night and ended up in the hospital and thought I was trying to kill myself and they needed other people's proof that I was stable minded. No injuries or self harm on me what so ever but kept me like a looney in the psych ward. America hospitals sucks and best believe I'm not paying that bill

Every Hospital has one . At least for Emergency basis if not for long term basis. Depends on how much of a risk to a person's life is present. until they arrange, transfer to a longer period detoxification.

24/7 visiting hours.
Very unprofessional...maybe because they are union...place you in waiting and no one let's you knows what's going on!!! Waiting 3 hrs for c.f. which takes 10 minutes..they just said 2 people ahead of us...right now lost a patient's shoes...going out with no shoes on its cold out this is in the er...
