Well I called to speak with a particular doctors assistant and was on hold for two hours - when I finally reached someone they told me that she was busy and I explained how we only wanted a referral for my sister. I was told to bring my sister in to be evaluated - which she has been multiple times with no one able to find out what was wrong with my sister. Now my sister had just been admitted to the hospital this morning and we are frustrated at the lack of concern and care she has been given for over a year. No one is listening to her. I then said so tell me here I was on hold for 2 hours to speak to a certain person who is busy and I just wasted my time and the nurse said and I quote “YEP” and they wonder why people are not happy in the care and service they get. Two hours on hold is ridiculous and don’t tell me it is because of Covid. Maybe if the training and pay was better good help wouldn’t be as hard to find.

Unexpectedly, I was in the ER a week ago with a mystery medical condition. It was frightening! From the moment I walked in the door until I left the next evening, after being checked into the hospital, I was treated with the utmost care & respect. The staff here is highly trained, extremely caring & professional! They saved my life!!! Kudos to Drs Mohandes & Marcaccio who are highly skilled, exceptional physicians. Thank heavens they were there. Nurses Karen & Ashley took incredible care of me. They showed real concern & were very patient with my endless questions. Colin took care of me & Alfa in the hospital (she recently began working there) are incredible assets. Thank you, one & all! I hope I never have to return but, if I do, I know I’ll be in great hands.

Absolutely a nightmare nurses and call answering service. They work by mood not by work ethic’s if they are in a good mood they will give you an appointment if they are not they passing you one to the other and try to get rid of you or refer you to the ER . It’s time for a new practice a long with a call to the state department of public health

I have never done a review, but I have to warn people…if I could give a negative star, I would. Unbelievably rude nurse today in Family Medicine. Zero compassion and really shockingly bad customer service. Not only is it incredibly difficult to get an appointment with my physician, when I finally get ahold of a nurse, terrible interaction with obvious lack of any medical knowledge - bordering on malpractice. Will be switching from this facility ASAP!
