I think this company is a thief. I've sent a package on February 2nd 2022. They couldn't deliver. Not willing to return to sender or process the insurance claim. Ignoring completely - I've sent 7 emails and they are not responding to my messages. What a shame. It's the First time I came across such behavior in MA. In my opinion this company doesn't deserve to be called a business.

Horrible service. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. They lost my package, disinformed me about my shipment status and finally did not really delivered it to addressee (despite the status "Delivered" in their system).
