We attended the Rhonda Vincent Show and decided to spend the night. The shower was nice a big and the water was hot. There were several channels to choose from on the TV. The free decaf coffee in the lobby was nice too. The breakfast was delicious. The decor was very appealing to the eye. Our king size bed was comfortable too. We will be back in the next couple of months for a shopping trip.

Beautiful hotel! We loved our 2 day stay. Friendly front desk staff. Every time we left or arrived they would say, "Hello!" Or "Good-bye", "have fun!" or "good night". Surprising that those few words felt very genuine and were appreciated. (Please keep doing that). I loved that guest utilized the reception area- playing board games and cards or family and friends just visiting with each other. Spacious rooms and very clean. Our room had a little kitchen and they even had plates, silverware and glasses. Will def come back here. Close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and other small towns.

Berlin Encore Hotel & Suites was by far the best hotel stay I've ever had. I've stayed in many of hotels. My husband, 4 month old daughter and I had a 2 full day 3 night get away thanks to Berlin Encore. We originally were staying 2 nights but we were offered 50% off another night so we jumped on it. Hotel staff was awesome. Especially Jamie. She was extremely helpful and super kind. She made sure the pool was warm enough for our baby by asking us if it was cold and turning it up for us. As well as giving us all the info needed for reserving the extra night. We rented the King Suite with the kitchenette in it which is a must have with a baby and it was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Our room was of the back of the hotel so we had a beautiful view. Even woke up to some snow. Breakfast was always prepared and ready in a timely manner and served every morning of our stay with kindness. We definitely will be going back. This was by far the best stay we've ever had.

The Berlin Encore is a Very Beautiful Hotel.. Classy. The people are wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. We had booked 3 days but due to the snow we thought it was best to leave. We will be back! 5 stars for a Five Start Hotel!!
