Have stayed at this hotel several times without any problems not the case this time. Booked 2 adjoining rooms due to traveling with 4 kid's. I ask that the rooms be on the 1st floor close to entrance because of mobility issues I got 2 adjoining rooms in the building joined by a ramp on the 3rd floor! I was never told the pool would be closed the days I was there and on top of all that the front desk girl said nothing personal but could you make sure your kids don't run in the room! Really ? I paid over 800.00for 3 days for a motel with no pool and obviously caters to seniors never again

This is the best place to stay. It’s clean and centrally located. They have a nice breakfast and even have a washer and dryer for guests to use for longer stays. The front has a huge porch with lots of furniture where guests can sit and relax. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Positive: Very convenient location. Many attractions within walking distance or a very short drive. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool and front porch. Negative: Would have liked to have had a lounge chair, more comfortable couch and some sort of coffee table that would facilitate in room snacking.

My family and I have stayed here twice so far over the last 9 months (and will be coming back this summer). This place is highly recommended. Everyone is friendly and helpful, everything is EXTREMELY clean, plenty of free parking, and you are walking distance to so many things to do in Berlin. Need groceries - there is a good size grocery store next door. Hungry - the best buffet around is across the street. After a day visiting the Amish Country, the pool and hot tub are a great place to unwind. I personally enjoy the outdoor relaxing chairs out front - perfect for having a conversation with others. The breakfast has a good variety of options and the staff takes the time to write uplifting messages on the fruit (it's certain to help you smile and start your day off on the right foot). Internet work great and is plenty fast. This is a great all around place to stay and the large clean rooms make it an easy choice.
