The Berlin Grande is in the heart of it all in Holmes County. Convenient to every tourist attraction, yet peaceful and quiet, with views of Amish buggies passing by. Walk a few blocks to downtown Berlin shopping, or relax in their saltwater pool, or out back on their beautiful patio. Their delicious breakfast buffet is better than you’ll get at any chain hotel. The GM, Doug Burgess is wonderful, always welcoming and friendly. Don’t forget to be kind to all of the amazing staff. In these days of staff shortages, they’re working so diligently to make our vacations the best they can be. Thank you to Doug and everyone at BG! We’ll be back soon.

Watch what websites you go through to book a room here and double check what is on your receipt after you reserve it. I booked the King Grande didn't pay attention to the fine print of what I actually got, which was a King Suite. Also don't go on a Saturday unless you're going early cause about everything besides Ginger House Coffee closes around 5pm. The room was decent but not worth 240$. The only good thing about this place is their continental breakfast in the morning!! I'll never go back !!

Experience was exceptional! Very clean rooms, excellent amenities! The only drawback was shear curtains in the bedroom did not block out much of the light from the parking lot. The pool would have been much more enjoyable had it been heated. Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend!

Positive: The staff and room were very nice. I enjoyed the fireplace and breakfast .I honestly would not recommend this hotel if you intend to relax and swim in the pool area. Too many people crammed in to a small area.Doesnt accommodate the capacity of people. Negative: The pool area was very small. I booked this hotel to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub. I only got to use the hot tub for 10 minutes. A family with about 15 kids came in and took up the entire pool area. I couldn't even use the pool.Very disappointing!
