In the 10 west floor the nurse's were the worst!!! The floor is filthy. The staff is very cold. There were only 2 nurses that did their jobs o. That whole floor. Very weird ppl. They should be more picky with whom they hire. Very discouraging. My grandma's remote to call for help would be on the floor behind her bed. As if she a 92 year old legally blind person could get up to find it. If your not there with your loved one to be on point they will surely suffer. Karma does come back around and the staff there will have their day! If it was up to me I would shut them down. Hopefully the DOH does some investigating!

Hospital with the best cardiologist, but worst scheduling and office staff. If you wanted to be yelled at when booking an appointment, or show up to a canceled appointment. Or oops they forgot to put in the authorization for an appointment you confirmed 1000 times. Then look no further this is the hospital for you!!!

Giving it one star solely for office experience, not for the doctors. The wait is always more than an hour, and I’ve been put in dirty rooms to get blood drawn. It’s also impossible to get in touch with your doctor unless they are frequently on mychart because the front office staff is not helpful. I went to the ER and needed a cardiology follow up for chest pain, and spent two full days trying to get fit in for an appointment. My doctor is amazing, I just prefer to see her at mount Sinai west.

Yes; street parking, and there is a parking lot down the block.

My doctor would like me to get a second opinion from a cardiologist at Mount Sinai regarding an extremely tortuous aorta. Do any of the doctors there accept MetroPlus Medicaid? If so, how do I find a list of their names and contact details?
