Nice area, we rented a bike and went to Santa Monica and back. The pier is very large with many ppl fishing

What a view. It was a clear day and I could see so many SoCal landmarks. Including Catalina Island, Pepperdine in Malibu, the Ferris wheel in Santa Monica, the Getty museum, downtown LA, the HOLLYWOOD sign and Mt Baldy with snow.

great place for fishing and recreation! you can come, fish or just relax, so that no one interferes! stay near the ocean, watch the sunset. it's quiet and peaceful here! recommend visiting this place!)
The parking lot closes around ten or eleven depends on the day. I have been on the pier until 2:30am no one closed it it does say pier closes at two am on the signs
