We lived at Lake Pointe for 7 1/2 years. We would have stayed longer, but moved out of state. The maintenance staff was fantastic. Whenever we filed a maintenance request, Michael or Jim showed up quickly with a smile and worked hard to resolve the issue. The office staff and management changed a lot over the years we lived there, but everyone was always friendly and helpful. The complex was always well maintained too.

Stayed for 7 1/2 years...says it all. We moved in with an infant expecting to stay 3 or 4 months and buy a house...and all these years later we were still happy with the value. Great community for kids and dogs, lots of greenspace, access to the trails. Good amenities, Kristin and her staff do a great job, in particular the AMAZING GREAT MAINTENANCE STAFF: Jim and Michael in were always on it! We were a little sad to leave and will think of it fondly as the place where we raised our boy! We'll miss you, Lake Pointe!

Kudos to Kristen! Even though she has been at Lake Pointe only a couple of months now, she has been most pleasant and professional in handling all of our questions and concerns. She has also taken on the responsibility of dealing with parking issues within the community, among other important tasks, and is doing her best to make sure everyone is treated fairly. Keep up the great work!
