This facility needs to be closed down and licensing taken away. My mother was transferred to Claremont Care from Pomona hospital at 2am in the morning. My mother called me from her cell phone to let me know that there was a man in her room. There also no curtains in her room. When I called the facility they informed me that this man wasn’t even a patient but a relative of the other woman in my moms rooms. I expressed that my mom didn’t feel comfortable with him sleeping in the room and felt unsafe, without privacy and dignity. I thought that I would get a response of “ we understand and he was given permission prior to there being a roommate but we will ask him to leave”. This did not happen. This facility allowed this man to sleep in a room with a elderly woman and disregarded her safety, privacy and dignity. I am looking into getting a lawyer for the emotional damage caused to my elderly mother and her family. Do not let your loved ones stay at this facility. They do not care and lack common sense judgement.

My father stayed here for few weeks starting September. The staff was exemplary, very caring and pleasant from get go. Always courteous and patient no matter how much I hounded them for answers. Laurie(?) the PT and the PT team was v kind and always encouraging when helping my dad with his exercises. Everyone we encountered always have a smiling demeanor. I know it's v hard on the whole team during the pandemic, more complaining than praises, so I truly appreciate their their works in nursing the patients to good health. Thanks for caring.

Absolutely horrible facility. My grandfather spent two months here after catching a mild case of COVID while traveling. This facility almost killed him. They literally left him in a bed to just die. He was not fed, he was thrown around like a rag doll, was diagnosed with everything under the sun that he did not have in order to bill him for it, and was just down right treated like less than a human being. If it had not been for one particular nurse telling us to get him out, he actually would have died. He experienced so much trauma. He cries every time he talks about this horrid place. People come to you for proper care or trust that their loved ones will actually be taken care of. Shame on most all of you for how you treat the elderly. There is a special circle of hell reserved for you!

This is a great place ! I volunteered back when I was in high school and needed hours to graduate. I'd mostly be with activities in the dining room however ,they changed the way I viewed nursing homes. I thought nursing homes were sad , but coming to this facility changed my perspective. They have such a Friendly staff, very attentive of their residents and always make them their number one priority. Great events , cooking class every week and lots of activities everyday . When my mom or a family is ever in need of a nursing id definitely refer them here, and I'm not the type of person youd call easy to please.
