My husband had an appointment on October 28th at 11am and we noticed how crowded this place was, with limited on seating. Way too many patients to be seen, just to have them sitting in the waiting area for hours 12:30PM and he is still waiting to see the Vascular Doctor The slow waiting is ridiculous

Dr. Levy and his entire team at the Lexington Ave. location were amazing! I was checked in as soon as I arrived, and the staff at the front were very kind. The nurse and doctor who attended me really listened to my concerns, and explained the whole process as they did it. I really felt like they took my concerns seriously, and scheduled my follow-ups immediately. I 100% reccomend them.

Very pleasant, and satisfying experience at Starret Podiatry. Initially I was apprehensive, as this was my first ever visit to a podiatrist. But the check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist Jordania was very helpful. There was a slight issue with my insurance card, that she quickly resolved, she also took the time to help me fill out the required paperwork. Great customer service skills. Dr Maria, was very knowledgeable and thorough, but above all she was very down to earth and personable. It showed that she takes pride in her profession. She clearly explained what the issue was, offered tips to help mitigate the problem in the future, and also gave me advice on aftercare. All in all, I walked in with pain and slight apprehension. But I walked out pain free, and with a smile. I would definitely recommend Starret to anyone seeking quality professional foot care.
