This was the most incredible dining experience! First, the food was delicious! The pork chop was made to perfection. But more impressive than the food was the service! Our server, Thomas, was the kindest, best server we’ve ever had! We 100% recommend this place and will be back. Also the apple pie was delicious!

Made 5 pm reservations through Open Table. The restaurant is open everyday from 5 pm -9 pm. A good selection of game to chose from. Also, a standard kids menu is available. The staff were friendly and visited our table often to check on us. Our ribeyes, bison ravioli,, and checked entree were delicious. Our 16 oz, 15-day dry aged ribeyes were delicious and really fresh. My son said that the chicken entree wasn't filling enough, but it was good. It wasn't busy at 5 pm and when we left a little after 6 pm, it still wasn't crowded. It was a Tuesday night. The Mountain Huckleberry lemonade was recommended by our server. It hit the spot after a day of shopping in Jackson Hole.

Our group had a very good time. This is a very busy place. Our server did a great job taking care of our table. The wild game was delicious. The atmosphere was very western with many mounted big game animals and antique guns. The place is packed and with that very loud. We will absolutely go eat here again.

It's a busy season so had to make reservations a day in advance. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated very quickly. This is our second visit to Gun Barrel as we liked it the first time we were here 5 years ago. The restaurant looks like a museum, I absolutely love the decor. The server was very pleasant and the service was quick. The meal was excellent. Though it's rather expensive, I highly recommend the Game combination with elk, bison and venison. I got to try all meats and it was a very hearty meal. For me, bison was the tastiest and the most tender. Elk chops and bison Ravioli were really good too. We really enjoyed our meal and experience. Highly recommend this restaurant but prepare to spend a little.
