I took the Vacuum so they could fix it for me with a charge of $160, I tried it at home and it didn't work, I took it back and they told me that the pieces they fixed were different, I mean they charged me for putting the rubber and the plastic that they didn't It implies in the operation of the machine, bone, what did they fix me???? And now they want to charge me $130 to change the correct parts this time, they clean their hands claiming that the one who fixed it was from their store and didn't realize it and now I have to pay again instead of them solving the problem for me, very bad place I do not recommend it !!!!

very professional in this store, family treatment is not easy to find, after 10 years buying here every day is better, I even bought my bbq big green egg here, this week I came asking for a vacuum and they explained exactly my needs, Thank you

Don’t take anything to fix at this location. I dropped off my pool cleaner to get fixed. They said they would call to let me know when it was ready. No phone call for 2 weeks. I went back to the store and was told that they needed to order the part and they were waiting on it to arrive. So I bought another pool cleaner but told them I still wanted to fix the other one to have it has a back up. Once again they said that they would call me when my cleaner was ready. Since I knew the part was on back order I did not worry about it. After a month no call and I decided to go to the store. Now they don’t find the cleaner and I’m told that they would ask and call me back. 2 weeks and once AGAIN no call. This time when I go to the store they have no idea where it is and that “oh well it must have been thrown away or used for spare parts”. NOW According to them they did not know that I wanted it to be fixed. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Never going again.
