I wasn't unhappy with my services today, I was unhappy with my services last time. But the customer service I got today wasn't what it should of been, and that's the managers fault. My nails were popping off with in 7 days, 4 nails were lifting and pulling up. I couldn't get into the nail place until today making it 11 days since my fill and I asked for a discount based on my nails should last at least 2 weeks usually I go 3-4 weeks without a fill, plus I got a new set the time before. The lady working called the manager and they denied a discount bc it was 11 days since my visit. I had to pay full price for a new set to be put on which they should of been good to begin with. I come here all the time for about 1 year now and I'm not sure if I'll be returning anymore. Obviously they don't care about returning customers or Long time clients. Customer service from everyone is great just the aspect of something went wrong with my nails when it shouldn't of, and I should of been compensated for it. I wasn't asking for a free service I just asked for a discount. The girl working said she couldn't get me in today and asked me to come back tomorrow. I told her my nails hurt and I cannot work with them like this so I needed them to atleast be soaked off. She came back and said we can do a full set on you. After I walked in no one else came into the shop so why did she said she couldn't get me in today? It was over two hours before closing so that wasn't why....I'm not sure maybe they didn't want to help me. Not a good experience today at all.

I can not express how incredibly AMAZING everyone is! I love my nail lady Linn!! She always does incredible work and is always educating herself to keep up with what’s in and pushes herself to the best work! I live an hour and 15 minutes away from Luxor Nails and it is worth the drive every time and I think their prices are unbeatable for the quality you get! Anywhere else I have gone (there have been many) this is the only place that can do my nails and they stay on for 3 to 4 weeks 🤩 anywhere else I was lucky to get a week and a half out of them! Absolutely worth it and 100% recommended!!!!!

Very nice people! Super clean and spacious and loads of choices for our pedicures. We opted for regular polish instead a gel top coat and the ladies checked on us several times to make sure they were totally so we were not rushed out of there.
