I haven’t been this happy with a medical group in a long time. I called yesterday, was able to be seen today. The suite was super clean and receptionists were all so friendly. I got there early and wasn’t even able to fill out my papers before I was getting called back. Dr. Massengill’s assistant finished her intake and before the door shut he was there! Dr. Massengill’s bedside manner was impeccable! He even took the time to explain how my problem may have started and things to do to prevent it again. Also, I can hear now!

Let’s start with a pro-tip… if you put the directions into this office, park in the BACK of the building. From there take the elevator to (I think the 2nd floor) and it’s right there. This is the mistake me, my husband, and newborn made. We had to come here for my son’s tongue tie. We parked in the front, it took us 10 minutes to walk the building and find the office…Thus being 10 minutes late for our appointment, in which they told us because we were 10 minutes late we had to wait an hour (after everyone returned from lunch) for the doctor to see us… This is why I don’t recommend this place. As a first time new mom with a 1 month old it was extremely scary. We didn’t think to bring and prepare formula, our son was getting hungry, tired, and we couldn’t leave and come back because the drive took us 30 minutes to get there. Then when the doctor did see us it only lasted 15 minutes to tell us our son MIGHT grow out of the tongue tie. It felt like we were being punished as new parents just because it took us a few extra minutes to find the place. And the lack of sincerity is why we’re giving it a lower rating.

Dr. Louis Petcu is Fantastic! He took the time to review my past tests, when other doctors didn't even bother to look. I didn't feel rush at all. He even set me up, on the spot, for a test that I will regularly have to make an appointment for, to do it on the same day. He cared and that is amazing. I wasn't just another medical file to go through. Everyone was very nice and professional. Great place overall!
