I never had a bad experience with the staff, but that may be because I only order take out/pick up. The stations however are a mess. They need to work on cleaning properly and preparing the food properly. When I order a side of sour cream I would like to not have to pick pieces of vegetables out of it. I think that’s considered “cross contamination”, what if someone is allergic to peppers and there’s peppers in their side of sour cream? Just not cool, you know… it happens with my bowls too, I’ll have some type of something I didn’t order in it.

Waited for my online order for 20 minutes for my food to be stiff and cold. Employees look unhappy and move with no sense of urgency.
