AAA Cooper is one of the best trucking companies you could ever work for. As a female truck driver, I have found it difficult coming off the road to work for trucking companies that will treat you good and keep their word. I won't call out their names but they know who they are. I can honestly say AAA Cooper keeps their word. Their HR Department is ran by a beautiful woman Miss Rhonda,who is so sweet she would treat you with the best Southern kindness you will ever receive. The women in the office are so sweet and beautiful they are the smile of AAA.They have amazing dispatchers. You are guaranteed to get serenade by Mr. Anthony with an old school songs everyday. The two Mr. Jeff's are the kindest men you can ever meet. Mr. Jackie doesn't say too much but you know he is there,he remind you of your grandpa he has a old soul. Mr. B as I like to call him, known as Brian Spurlock is the best operational manager in the world he is soooooo awesome a very kind man. Mr. Allen recently came over to the team he runs the whole place, this beautiful black man is phenomenal this man is cut from a different breed of men. Mr. Allen is a true example of when Jesus had washed his disciples feet. The only downfall to this company is that they don't pay overtime. They do pay well but they don't pay overtime the driver start out with $31.50 an hour with at least 10 to 12 hours a day. Well you heard it for me Dania Robinson the Tale of AAA Cooper. SAA
