This facility has POOR MANAGEMENT!!! They keep trying to redeliver damaged packages that I refuse. They'll cut or rip off the label from the damaged package, repackage the shipment using that very same label, then will reattempt delivery a few days later. It all boils down to them not wanting to be responsible for damaging the package in-transit and putting it off on customers to deal with at the end of the day. Calling GO-FEDEX don't help either, they keep saying it won't happen again and that they'll contact the station, but it keeps happening. WHO'S THE STATION MANAGER? My 15 year would do a better job!!!

You can't call the local one no number for them

Can I pick up my package from this location? They keep pushing my delivery date back at this location is literally 20 mins from me. My package has moved though 5 states in 5 days and I gotta wait 3 extra days for them to drive 20 mins? I’m confused

Good luck on finding it with them. My package is currently three weeks late sitting at their location.

I am trying to locate a package that arrived at Ellenwood on 12-5-17 at 6:47 p.m. and departed Ellenwood on 12-6-17 at 8:32 a.m. but never arrived at the post office in Tucker, Ga.. Is there anyway that this package can be found?
