After reading the reviews I'm concerned about delivery of a package from Ellenwood GA facility.
Can FedEx fix the delivery problems or do they not concern themselves with these issues?

Fed ex smart post takes small bulk packages to us postal service centers.usps delivers it to the end user.if this helps.

Call the location directly and see if you can pick up package there
