The reviews are true - what a fantastic experience! From the very first phone call to loading up my wife's new emtb. Robert and the entire crew were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. No overselling whatsoever. Robert made sure that we were completely educated, familiar, & confident with the bike before we left.
