Small but wide variety of produce, prepared food and crafts. Coffee and baked goodies can be eaten in a redwood grove, often with entertainment or cooking demos

Fabulous Farmers Market! Such a great selection and very friendly.

Neat little market. It seems like there's more "food truck" style stalls [BBQ, bakeries, hummus, Mexican food, green smoothies that claim to cure cancer, loose leaf tea] than produce, but most of it is reasonably priced for being in the Napa Valley.

The first St. Helena Farmers’ Market was held Main Street, across from the Merryvale Winery. It moved to its current location at Crane Park in 1996, where it continues to operate every Friday morning from May through October. Angwin resident Sheila Mannix often visited farms and orchards near St. Helena in search of the sweetest vine-ripened tomato and freshest greens. When she realized that other like-minded people in the Napa Valley shared her passion for high-quality produce and her frustration at not being able to find it, she decided to organize a local Farmers’ Market. The mission of the St. Helena Farmers’ Market is to bring the finest fresh produce, crafts, specialty food and other items and services to local residents and visitors, while providing a social gathering place and educational resource for the community that promotes good nutrition and a healthy life style. Depending on when you visit, you will find a variety of certified organic and non-organic fruits and vegetables, farm eggs, nuts, cheese, meat, olive oils and fresh flowers. Some vendors offer locally made crafts such as jewelry, knitted and leather items. The Market’s General Store offers a large variety of adult, kid and infant merchandise featuring the Market’s beloved Tractor Logo and the winning artwork from the Annual School Healthy Art Competition. Other vendors offer prepared foods such as tamales and baked goods. We also have a fresh fish vendor to complement the agricultural products for sale. You will also be able to watch a Chef’s Demonstration at the Chef’s Table, listen to a Lecture at the Market’s Classroom, support a Local Non-Profit Organization, take the kids to the Kids’ Story Time and listen to music from local Musicians.
