We live in Silver Springs Village in Powder Springs. The builder has left us a large piece of land that the community is interested in turning into a community garden, dog park, plus several parking spots. We are seniors. Is help available?

How do you check a old tree that looks healthy but the tree men claim it is dead on the inside and should be taken down.
