I’ve been coming here for a few months now. I take the Major Vibes class with Dom and Jess. I love it! They are so fun and make everyone feel welcome. The choreography is challenging but still fun and the guide you through every step and make adjustments where necessary. VERY beginner friendly but also good if you have more experience. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that if you haven’t been before it’s very hard to find the entrance and there’s usually no one outside to direct you. Even still, the class is so fun!!

Hi Ash, It actually depends on the class. This is a Family friendly Movement Art studio, If there is a certain class you would want to take you can ask that teacher if they allow children. This is only because some of our classes are grown and sexy. Hope this was helpful. Have A Magnificent Week.
There are several different independent classes taught at Rhythma, but I can speak for the West African Dance classes at 8pm on Tues & Wed, which are VERY beginner friendly and accepting of all skill levels.
