They did great but forgot to give me my court paper stating that my case was thrown out by the judge. That was back in May 31,2022....... And I really need that document. But other than that, Legal Aid lawyers are very nice and helps you with your court case

They were not able to help me being new In Oklahoma n not knowing no one being threatened by your Property Onwer living and renting a home for almost 2 yrs n still lots has to be fixed in the home. It's sad I feel like Oklahoma is set back a few years. So before you rent don't ever go with AllCountyheartland home the property manager likes to threatened woman n legal services thinks it's alright. So before moving to Oklahoma do your research

That's not an easy question to answer without more information. You can call LASO to be screened for help. Also the OBA hosts a place to ask questions at www.oklahomafreelegalanswers.org
Call Legal Aid for advice and possible representation 888-534-5243. Also read about and find Court forms here : https://oklaw.org/resource/guardianship-of-an-adult?ref=AtKrk
I have a good friend that is our realtor. He advised me on our situation with my mom's house that we owned jointly. A realtor cannot give you legal advice but can walk you thru some simple transactions. We did ours with our bank for free and a $12 filing fee with the county.

Your mom could call Legal Aid on Monday, Senior Line 1-855-488-6814. A lawyer can call her to advise her. It is possible that someone could represent her but she'll need to speak with the lawyer.
Call they will help you out with all the forms
Sorry this happened to you. I would advice retaining the service of a lawyer in order to get the case reopened. You should stop by Legal Aid and seek their counsel.
Yes. They can. They didn't take any amount of my benefits. I think they are a non-profit.
