Let me start by saying I have battled chronic migraines since a child and was previously disabled in the state of Texas from this illness. I visited the mercy Go urgent care located 1121 NW 63rd St Ste 5001, Nichols Hills, OK 73116 My NP , Cory Young discriminated against me and actually accused me of lying and saying I was “suspicious” simply because I refused an injection that I know not to have helped me in the past. THIS WAS EXTREMELY HURTFUL as I have been stigmatized by my illness She treated me horribly and made me feel like she did not believe I was having real symptoms. I will be contacting headquarters and filling a formal complaint and I want action taken due to her neglect. I have a witness to this and I made a point to explain to Cory all of this in the lobby after she mistreated me. She then continued to argue with me and tried to force me to enter the patient room again even though I was at the door trying to leave. She not only discriminated against me for no reason she directly told me I was suspicious aka lying about my illness. I have 15+ years of medical records showing this illness. I am not a liar. Your staff treated me like garbage. Avoid this place if you have any ability too.

I recently visited the Mercy Urgent Care in Nichols Hills. I was injured 30 minutes before leaving for a flight from Denver. When I arrived in OKC, I immediately went to urgent care. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did not have a long wait to be seen for my injury. Dr. Mills was very professional and kind. They even called me after my visit to make sure my prescription was called in to the correct pharmacy. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.
