To see a teller, the line usually has 4-6 ppl in feont of you. To see a specialist for something else, there's always wait. However, the friendly staff will sign you in & get you seated until someone is available to see you. Usually 15-20 mins., so make sure you have time so that you're not irritated or frustrated waiting. From time to time, the ATM is unavailable. Other than that, I have no issues.
