I feel this place cares more about themselves then patient care or at the least cannot manage their appointments efficiently. I WILL BE CHANGING PRACTICES! Here are their actions that make me feel this way. We have waited months to take our daughter to this appointment. They contacted us the day before a major ice storm to confirm an appointment when initially we thought about cancelling. We thought if they are going in to work to take care of their patients then we will stick to our commitment. So after taking off work and driving through the elements to get there we pull up to see that they're closed. NO phone call, NO email, NO text, NO temporarily closed notice on google, NOT even a sign on the door BUT they were able to notify their doctors and staff! We sat in the parking lot and watched three other patients arrive and go to the door to find out the same thing. I feel saddened because our family and some relatives have come here for years and the Doctors are good but the business is not ran effectively to meet our needs anymore. The past few scheduling mishaps we thought were a one time thing and our relatives have voiced similar frustrations. Time to find a new practice.

No. You will get the worst eye done first. Then if the other is bad enough they will schedule within a month or so. Hope this helps
