The cushion for my wheelchair arrived damaged, supposedly the tech checked it before it shipped. I guess he didn’t notice the rip in the plastic bag that the cushion was in which hid the damage. I called and OhioHealth Aid after several phone conversations, referred me to the VA. Which will only add more time and phone calls and frustration to the process.

Health Aid of Ohio helped us to get a wheelchair and a hospital bed for my Dad who is disabled. They could not have been more helpful and responsive. Karlee helped us get the correct chair and delivery and Ken was great at explaining the operation and function of the chair . Shawna was just amazing helping us work through the insurance and getting the help we needed. Thank you! Wanted to update this review since a new company has taken over . I have been trying to get a wheel chair repair since July. I have been promised someone would come out to repair an unsafe chair for my father who has Parkinsons. The tech in August said it was not safe and still I can not get anyone out to repair. Very disappointed

This place is horrible, VA ordered me three things in October. They came out and installed one thing, a round toilet seat height thing. I have an oval toilet seat. The technician that installed it said he would get the correct one so that our toilet seat would fit over it. That never happened. So I just called and talked to a lady that obviously thinks cause I am sick, that I am also stupid. She was very rude and refused to listen. What I did get out of the conversation is that they have another item of mine just sitting there until my 3rd item comes in around February 9th. Horrible customer service. I will be sending a letter to the VA and my congressman. Us VA patients should be able to go where we want and where our products are available and not have to deal with people that hate us

I am about to attempt my 7th time contacting someone about repairs to my daughters wheelchair. Even when I’ve been able to talk to an actual person they are not able to help and just promise the person that can will be in touch. Will do everything possible to NEVER order any DME from Healthaid again.

I have difficulty with this myself. They are supposed to check every 6 months if im in need of new supplies for my cpap. Haven't heard from them in over a year!
Without specifics it is difficult to answer this question but in general no.
I waited nine months and still didn't get my repairs, good luck
